"Why shouln't I just use a free service like Gmail or Discord?"

"Free" from a big company means you're paying with your data — or in this case, your customers' data.

We don't like that trade-off, especially when customers could be contacting us with billing issues, order concerns, or other private information.

We're firm on our privacy stance: "your data is yours". We don't look at it, we don't scan it, we don't share it, we don't train AI with it.

"We already have email; why do we need a form?"
